Welcome to CNRA Headquarters
We’re proud to welcome you to the California Natural Resources Agency headquarters, located at 715 P Street in Sacramento. Opened in 2021, this 21-story, LEED-certified building is designed with sustainability, employee wellness and community in mind.
The silhouette of the building evokes California’s natural rock formations, a nod to the landscapes we steward, while the interior houses more than 3,000 of our 26,000 employees across various departments. With approximately 875,500 total square feet of workspace, the building can accommodate up to 4,400 employees and is shared by multiple departments including the Department of Water Resources, Department of Parks and Recreation, Department of Fish and Wildlife, CAL FIRE, the Department of Conservation, the California Energy Commission, the Delta Stewardship Council and the Wildlife Conservation Board.
When you arrive, we invite you to introduce yourself to Damion Sanders, who has served as CNRA’s building Concierge since July 2025. Damion comes to CNRA with a strong background in administrative support, operations and customer service. Damion is available to assist with questions about first- and second-floor meeting room reservations, guided tours of the building, DGS and security, high profile visitors, information on hosting large events, matters related to the Campus Council and CNRA gym, as well as other general questions about the building.
Our headquarters was designed with sustainability and wellness at the forefront. For more information about building amenities, access or logistics, we encourage you to visit our FAQ page. We look forward to your visit and are excited to share our home with you!
