Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The State of California provides CNRA personnel with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support overall wellness of all employees and their family members, especially important during these unprecedentedly difficult times. EAP covers both personal and professional concerns with remote assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A variety of programs are available to employees including wellbeing webinars, professional coaching, no-cost assessments, legal and financial advice, and short-term counseling, amongst many other services. EAP also provides support for managers and supervisors handling workplace issues. Most importantly, confidentiality is the hallmark of the program! With your feedback, EAP continues to evolve to meet current needs and support CNRA employees more than ever before.

Customer service representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to discuss concerns and ensure that all employees receive the assistance they need. Additionally, departmental EAP coordinators are available to assist with EAP resources.
