Welcome to our website for the transition of the way we work to “Workplace 2.0.”   This site includes information on upcoming changes to the way we work, both in the new new Natural Resources Headquarters Building in Sacramento and around the state.

Thank you for all that you are doing amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, civil unrest, historic heat and wildfires. Everyone’s hard work and perseverance in the face of unprecedented challenges continues to be inspiring.  We have a unique opportunity to capitalize on the challenges and lessons learned during the pandemic and apply them to the planning for the future of our workplaces—working together in new and innovative ways.  Please explore this site with a mind toward the goals of creating a more flexible and innovative workplace—one that enables high productivity and strong job satisfaction.
